    - Lead end to end logistics: 40+ IMP shipments/month from 20+ overseas suppliers to 200+ local customers of 10,000+ SKU worth $100M annually; 700m2 distribution warehouse in HCMC.
    - Team building from scratch; Developed and implemented logistics strategy in Vietnam.
    - Streamlined processes for the whole SC in coordinating with Sales, Fin, and SO.
    - Delivered 20% YOY cost savings while ensuring 100% compliance and zero safety incidents.
